As worlds most impatient person, SneakPeek has been clutch for me twice before. So this time around when I found out I was pregnant I decided I would try out the Sneak Peek Gender Predictor Test. This is my last. What a disaster of a company. Hi Mel! This is baby number 5 . Got the results, I was happy.. then cried my eyes out that I would never get to do hair bows and tutus, etc. She said Im 100% sure its a girl, so your test was inaccurate. We have 2 boys already and I read a lot of reviews of people getting a false result ???? Knowing the gender has really helped me become more excited about this process and has given us the opportunity to name our baby and feel more connected. I took the sneak peek test at 10 1/2 weeks and the results came back saying 100% girl! The company said that they were 99.1% accurate with their tests. They were gracious enough to agree to see me the next morning. I put my trust into a company that was supposedly reliable and only to learn that after doing some research- I'm not the first to have this happen to them. It is extremely unprofessional to flat out ignore a customer that has already paid for a service or product. The tech consoled me and held my hand. Dont buy it! Group Leaders communicate with staff moderators and escalate potential violations for review, but they dont moderate discussions. Why do you think its 99.1% and not 100%? I was not risking anything! Again, it got delayed in transit and had ANOTHER inconclusive. I wont know for 6 weeks now . But Ive done it twice now and both times, the turnaround was longer than 72 hours. Next day, I wiped with Lysol wipes. I just got a boy result and I was hoping for a girl, but I feel similarly, Ill of course love this baby no matter what. Results are not accurate. Theyre based in USA so anyone abroad like Uk are in different time zone which doesnt help. They did send me another test completely free and also fast tracked my test so Id find out the same day they got the test back, so Im grateful for thatmy second test I did at 9 weeks + 4 days and got girl results back. I blurted out, this cant be. I appreciated the time though, to wrap my mind around having another girl, slowly prepping my daughters for another sister (they really wanted a brother.). No, I did not. Wrong result, told me it was a boy, it was a girl, so not exactly 99.9% percent accurate as they say.. you send a sample off.. do they even check it? crossing my fingers for accurate results either way! And I wouldnt buy a thing until the doctor says gender haha I feel like this test is very 50/50. Is the sneak peek gender test accurate? My sneakpeek said boy and NIPT confirmed it, however I have no clue if my sneakpeek results were the reliable due to the potential for contamination. Fingers crossed!! Let the person that it is effecting decide the damage, not a bystander that clearly has no regard for the feelings of others. I know few people who follow rules better, and keep a cleaner home, so although that was likely what skewed the results, I feel that is the same for so many others then. I was so happy when my SneakPeek package was delivered! I got a boy result and am now awaiting final confirmation from an ultrasound to be sure. cuz I was bored and didnt believe my first results lol. Knowing the test could be wrong, I guess we have small hope its a girl but I have a guy feeling its another boy. Had convinced myself it was likely another boy seeing as thats all weve made in the past I was so confident in whatever this said because I knew I eliminated the contamination factor, but now after reading all the reviews it makes me so anxious for our ultrasound. Oh, I also have a male dog so Im the only female in the house. We were overjoyed because we have 2 girls already. So it was right for me. Im surprised at how many stories there are of it being wrong with the boy results! I think I'm gonna wait until I can go to a pregnancy center to do a for fun ultrasound and find out the gender for sure then, I may do the same because I am impatient and need answers. The real kicker is the ivf dr knows boy/girl but wont tell because his office is gender neutral from the pre implantation genetic testing.
